What you will do
- Build high-performance, scalable Python backend systems powering core trading infrastructure
- Design and maintain clean, testable code in a robust microservice ecosystem
- Evolve event-driven architecture to scale systems for future growth
- Tackle complex challenges in pricing, hedging, and asset management across multiple asset classes
- Integrate new assets, exchanges, and tools like price charts and leveraged crypto products
- Contribute to critical business functions in a high-impact environment
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on Python development in product-driven environments building scalable systems
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and websockets; ability to design fast, reliable APIs using FastAPI
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka or ZeroMQ
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS
- Interest in crypto, blockchain, or stock markets
