What you will do

• Provide architectural direction and operational leadership across the cybersecurity function.
• Identify security vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and deliver remediation recommendations.
• Develop, enforce, and maintain security standards, best practices, and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and support the cybersecurity team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency of deployments and configuration updates.
• Oversee application and platform changes, adhering to ITIL guidelines for incident, problem, and change management.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or large enterprise company.
• In-depth expertise in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Sentinel, and Tenable.
• Experience in Defender: Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps, Key Vault, DNS, Secure Score.
• Experience implementing information security practices, including Essential 8 and Microsoft Cybersecurity Reference Architectures (MCRA).
• Demonstrated experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph (Graph API), KQL, and threat hunting queries.
• Existing Microsoft Security certifications required.
