What you will do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RF spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
- Deliver support remotely and onsite, including customer site visits.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with local application engineers to enhance support quality and processes.
- Assist customers with remote control and automation scripts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or electronics.
- Excellent communication skills and very good English proficiency.
- Programming skills in Python for automation and remote control.
- Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
- Experience in test & measurement or RF instrumentation is a strong advantage.
