What you will do

• Own and drive portfolio intelligence for performance and risk management.
• Lead portfolio monitoring and performance reviews.
• Develop monthly portfolio reporting for senior leadership.
• Build dashboards and Early Warning Systems for proactive risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align credit and commercial objectives.
• Feed insights back into policy and product design.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in credit risk or portfolio strategy.
• Deep understanding of SME, Wholesale, or Ecommerce credit portfolios.
• Proficiency in BI tools and collaboration with Data teams.
• Experience analyzing loss performance for strategic recommendations.
• Strong storytelling skills to present insights to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or alternative lending.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python for analysis.
• Advanced degree in finance or risk management.
