Salary: $107,000–216,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop full stack software solutions using Java Springboot microservices and Angular UI in AWS EKS clusters
• Lead by coding and mentor a team of developers to improve their skills
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and blockchain engineers
• Support all phases of software development including testing and implementation
• Drive innovation and technical excellence within the team
• Work across global teams and time zones, including travel for workshops and planning

Requirements

• Must have at least 10 years of software development experience
• Experience with financial or asset management software projects preferred
• Strong skills in Angular, Typescript, Java Spring/Springboot, SQL (Oracle preferred)
• Exposure to blockchain technologies such as Web3, smart contracts (Solidity, Rust), and cryptography is an advantage
• Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with onsite presence every other week in Jersey City, USA
• English proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience with UI interoperability tools like Glue42, Interop.io
• Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Cypress and Playwright
• DevOps and CI/CD experience
