What you will do
- Assist colleagues with device and software-related questions for over 400 employees
- Manage office equipment and IT infrastructure using JAMF and Google Workspace
- Ensure security controls and write technical documentation
- Distribute access and licenses, automate procedures, and procure equipment
- Integrate back-office systems and internal services including Google Cloud and AWS
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mac basics, TCP/IP, and networking technologies
- Skills in diagnosing software problems and willingness to automate processes
- Good communication skills and English proficiency
- Work onsite in Lisbon, Portugal
