What you will do

  • Assist colleagues with device and software-related questions for over 400 employees
  • Manage office equipment and IT infrastructure using JAMF and Google Workspace
  • Ensure security controls and write technical documentation
  • Distribute access and licenses, automate procedures, and procure equipment
  • Integrate back-office systems and internal services including Google Cloud and AWS

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mac basics, TCP/IP, and networking technologies
  • Skills in diagnosing software problems and willingness to automate processes
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency
  • Work onsite in Lisbon, Portugal
