What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of AI systems for Gray Zone Warfare.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to integrate AI with gameplay.
- Create solutions for managing large numbers of AIs on the server.
- Mentor junior programmers and foster teamwork.
- Drive continuous improvement in AI performance and optimization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in game programming with a focus on AI.
- Proficiency in C++ and experience with performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of game AI systems and techniques.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be based in Brno or willing to relocate.
