What you will do

• Craft and execute a global community and social media strategy.
• Act as the primary voice of the brand across platforms like Discord, X, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Create and schedule diverse content, including memes, videos, and AMAs.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate player feedback into features.
• Define KPIs and processes for community management and customer support.
• Orchestrate global campaign launches and in-game events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Krakow, Poland or willing to work onsite
• Proven experience scaling communities for F2P mobile games or entertainment brands.
• Hands-on mastery of social platforms and Discord management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community or Social Media Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and managing teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze community health and performance.

Nice to have

• Graphic design (Figma, Photoshop, Canva) or video editing skills.
• Experience with CRM or CX platforms like Zendesk, Helpshift, or Intercom.
• Multilingual communication abilities.
