What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain internal developer tools and platforms across the full stack to improve developer productivity and workflows.
• Build and integrate AI-powered experiences to augment software development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify workflow friction points and co-create scalable solutions.
• Define and promote standard development patterns and maintain internal frameworks and templates.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows in partnership with DevOps and Reliability teams.
• Use tools you build to gather metrics and feedback for continuous improvement and mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be located in North America (United States or Canada) with remote work capability.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience including 2+ years in senior or tech lead roles.
• Strong experience with Python and Typescript, building resilient backend services and responsive frontend interfaces.
• Experience building developer tools, frameworks, or infrastructure with a platform mindset.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and eagerness to explore AI-driven engineering velocity improvements.
• Strong collaboration, experimentation, and systems thinking skills with a focus on impact and iteration.
