What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate IAM/IAG/PAM solutions supporting global businesses and customers.
• Collaborate with IAM leads, IT managers, architects, and vendors to meet business and security requirements.
• Develop and integrate IAM systems with in-house and third-party applications for provisioning and authorization.
• Lead quality assurance activities including test planning and execution for IAM solutions.
• Support troubleshooting and resolving complex authentication and authorization problems.
• Maintain global IAM environment in coordination with IT operations and regional teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland or able to work hybrid from specified cities.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management and related business processes.
• Knowledge of IAM tools such as SailPoint, Entra, CyberArk, or PingID.
• Understanding of IT and information security principles.
• Familiarity with architecture standards like TOGAF.
• English: B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity or Cloud certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, GIAC).
• German or French language skills.
