Senior DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes infrastructure in public and private clouds.
• Maintain and support Hashicorp Vault and Consul for secrets management and service discovery.
• Develop automation scripts and infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide infrastructure and DevOps best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for scalability, availability, and security.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery through backup and failover mechanisms.

Requirements

• Must be located in LATAM region.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong Kubernetes expertise.
• Experience with Hashicorp Vault, Consul, AWS, and infrastructure as code tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in Kubernetes or Hashicorp technologies.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Knowledge of container orchestration platforms like Docker Swarm or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and service meshes.
• Understanding of agile development and DevOps principles.
