What you will do

• Maintain and improve automated tests using Playwright and Cypress following best practices (SOLID, Page Object pattern)
• Work with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions and automation integrations
• Analyze and solve complex test scenarios involving React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Measure and report quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Coach and train stream-aligned teams on QA strategies and tools
• Assess current testing processes and implement tailored improvements

Requirements

• Must work remotely within Switzerland
• 4+ years experience in QA engineering with expertise in automated testing and CI/CD
• Strong analytical and coaching skills to improve team quality processes
• Technical versatility with SaaS architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and modern frontend stacks
• Fluent English required
