What you will do

  • Lead creation and execution of marketing strategies for PC and mobile games across brand, community, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
  • Drive launches and updates with high-impact marketing campaigns ensuring strong awareness and engagement.
  • Sustain long-term success by developing marketing programs that grow player communities and extend game lifecycles.
  • Shape positioning, messaging, and creative direction to resonate with global gaming audiences.
  • Partner with community and social teams to foster loyal player communities and amplify word-of-mouth.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team to foster collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of games marketing experience with proven success in PC and/or mobile games.
  • Proven track record of launching and sustaining at least one successful title globally for 2+ years.
  • Broad expertise across marketing disciplines including brand, community, PR, partnerships, and user acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming audiences, player lifecycles, and monetization models (F2P, subscription, premium, live ops).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with console titles in addition to PC/mobile.
  • Background in community-driven marketing such as influencers, esports, streaming, and social activations.
  • Familiarity with global go-to-market campaigns and regional market strategies.
  • Experience sustaining long-lived games like MMOs, strategy, or RPGs.
