What you will do

• Consult incoming leads and assist clients in selecting courses.
• Develop relationships with existing clients and offer relevant products.
• Manage CRM system (HubSpot) and keep information updated.
• Communicate with clients via messengers and email.
• Achieve sales targets and set new records with the team.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Kyiv (Podil) from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Driven by results and eager to learn systematic sales.
• Interest in online education, technology, business, or creativity.
• Strong communication skills in Ukrainian.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Nice to have

• Foreign language proficiency (B2 level or higher) is a bonus.
