What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership aligning financial direction with company vision.
• Analyze opportunities for profitable growth and support investment decisions.
• Lead negotiations and management of banking partnerships and joint ventures.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with variance analysis.

Requirements

• Must have significant senior financial management experience in financial services or banking, preferably as CFO or Finance Director.
• Proven track record in launching and scaling new business ventures.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, accounting, and risk management.
• Experience leading start-ups or accelerating growth in digital banking environments.
• Location: Malta
• English language proficiency: at least B2
