What you will do

• Lead global Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, including threat detection and incident response.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to monitor and respond to cyber threats.
• Oversee threat intelligence programs to identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate incident response efforts and manage relationships with third-party security providers.
• Lead and mentor a global team of SOC analysts and incident responders.
• Ensure operations align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing SOCs and incident response teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and other security technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, CISM) are highly desirable.
