What you will do

• Implement new GPU-driven rendering systems focusing on performance and quality.
• Stay updated with modern rendering techniques and apply them to projects.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through profiling tools.
• Ensure features work across a wide range of hardware and configurations.
• Collaborate with lighting, VFX, and other departments to realize artistic vision.
• Take ownership of code and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Uppsala or Sundsvall, Sweden
• English: Excellent oral and written communication skills (C2)
• Minimum 1 shipped title as Render Programmer or equivalent in games industry.
• Strong skills in C++, HLSL or GLSL, and 3D math.
• Experience with profiling tools such as PIX, Nsight, or RenderDoc.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Experience with idTech or other proprietary engines.
