What you will do

• Define and lead the talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle ensuring excellent candidate experience.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines across France, Spain, Germany, and the UK.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and improve hiring quality.
• Drive employer branding and optimize recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes including senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques for tech and operations roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
