What you will do

  • Drive critical strategic projects across teams including market expansion and new business lines.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the founders on key decisions and initiatives.
  • Accelerate decision-making by preparing and following through on executive meetings.
  • Ensure alignment between leadership and the broader organization translating strategy into actionable plans.
  • Own company-wide reporting including KPIs, OKRs, and Board meeting materials.
  • Lead and improve internal processes to enable efficient scaling while maintaining company culture.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, strategic operations, or similar environments.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, structured, and proactive approach.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings is a plus.
