Lead DevOps Engineer (C#/Azure)

TL;DR

Lead/Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET and Azure): Building and optimizing next-generation cloud-native technologies in Azure with an accent on security, compliance, and modern technology stack adoption. Focus on microservices architecture, CI/CD best practices, and enabling application development teams.

Location: Hybrid (2x a week) in Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

• Participate in internal shared services and enablement projects for application development teams.
• Ensure quality in solution delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Azure, Cloud-Native application design, and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# .NET, PowerShell, and/or Typescript.
• Experience with Azure services including Azure Entra ID, Azure DevOps, Azure Managed Identities, Azure App Services, and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices, principles, and pipeline management.
• Experience with REST API and API Management.
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying secure cloud-native applications, including cloud architecture and design.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep templates, and Terraform.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management and related tools, including OAuth2.0, OIDC, RBAC, Azure AD B2C, and Azure Identity Governance.
• Experience with containerization and container orchestration using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Cryptographic Infrastructure, including PKI, SSL/TLS, and key management.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.
• Proficiency in Cloud security best practices and their implementation in Azure.
• Working within a compliance framework such as SOC2 or experience from a regulated industry.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
• English: B2 required for application.

Nice to have

• Certification in Azure (AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-400, etc.).
