What you will do

• Gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements
• Design integrations with internal and external services
• Develop and maintain system documentation including specifications, sequence diagrams, and data mappings
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product managers, and architects
• Participate in system design and release planning

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a system/business analyst
• Strong knowledge of banking products and backend processes
• Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, data models, and integration patterns
• Understanding of UML/BPMN and ability to write clear specifications
• Fluent Russian and English at B2 level
• Workday start no later than 2 PM (GMT+8)/7 AM (CET) for effective collaboration
