System Analyst (Risk-tech)

TL;DR

System Analyst (Risk-tech): Designing and implementing automated IT solutions for risk management processes with an accent on creating models for real-time inference and integrating external services. Focus on optimizing the customer experience, designing efficient technical solutions, and managing end-to-end product development requirements.

Location: Flexible work from one of our offices or remote. Relocation support to Cyprus, Serbia, or Kazakhstan is available for the employee and their family.

What you will do

• Propose and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize conversion.
• Participate in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch.
• Elaborate specifications for integration interactions between products.
• Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams on product development.
• Create technical documentations, specifications, and service requirements.
• Design efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as System Analyst specifically in Risk-tech or related domains.
• Experience with designing API, architecture, data model, and business processes.
• Proficiency in UML/BPMN.
• Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specifications for developers.
• Knowledge of REST/gRPC models and experience designing complex scalable services.
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management skills.
• Basic SQL skills.
