What you will do

• Maintain and monitor production infrastructure availability, capacity, and throughput.
• Integrate reliability improvements into the product roadmap.
• Coordinate bug prioritization and fixes with support and sales teams.
• Recommend and implement infrastructure improvements to ensure 100% availability.
• Automate scalable artifact deployment across environments.
• Collaborate with security teams to monitor and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model based in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO, USA
• Expertise in managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and tools: AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Buildkite, Pulumi, ArgoCD.
• Strong skills in Python and Shell scripting; knowledge of Java and Go is a bonus.
• Experience with Linux OS internals and administration.
• Knowledge of cloud networking technologies such as VPNs, Privatelinks, and Private Service Connect (GCP).
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
