What you will do

• Lead AI transformation initiatives focused on personalization for the hirify.global app.
• Develop long-term strategies for customer acquisition and engagement leveraging data.
• Perform exploratory analysis to understand user behavior and identify growth opportunities.
• Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning algorithms and retrieval augmented generation systems.
• Provide data-driven product leadership and communicate insights to influence business decisions.
• Design and analyze randomized controlled experiments to validate product hypotheses.

Requirements

• Must be located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• 10+ years experience in data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning, LLM, and big data methodologies.
• Advanced degree in quantitative disciplines such as Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Strong experience with deep learning techniques, personalization, recommendation systems, and GenAI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Hive, and experience with big data platforms like Hadoop and BigQuery.
• Solid knowledge of AB testing, classic ML, and DL methods.
