What you will do

• Identify and reach out to VR content creators and studios worldwide
• Negotiate partnerships and guide new partners through onboarding
• Ensure partners upload and publish content successfully
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and production organizations
• Track performance and help partners grow their audience
• Monitor and organize meetups with content creators

Requirements

• Relevant experience in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, or startups
• Experience in creator partnerships, content acquisition, or digital media
• Ability to work cross-functionally and optimize team processes
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive impact
• Fluency in English: B2 and above

Nice to have

• Understanding of VR, immersive media, and content platforms
• Experience creating and executing business development strategies
