Salary: $140,000 - $175,000

What you will do

  • Act as the face of hirify.global in the field, leading the in-field deployment and support of Chef’s robotic systems at customer sites
  • Investigate customer issues, triage incoming tickets, and deploy fixes or mitigations
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve production blocking issues
  • Execute field break/fix hardware repairs and deploy new software
  • Work with the Customer Success team to improve performance and develop new tasks for the robot
  • Prepare technical presentations for customers

Requirements

  • BS, MS in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in machine learning, motion planning, robotics, computer vision, or control
  • Familiar with Linux/Unix and/or Robot Operating System (ROS); Python experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel at least 75% of your time
  • Strong communication and project management skills
