What you will do

• Automate installation, configuration, and management of Windows and Linux servers and related software components.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates and security patches using automation.
• Automate network services management including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies through automation.
• Maintain security measures such as firewalls and endpoint protection via automation.
• Participate in planning and implementation of new systems, upgrades, and migrations ensuring best practices.

Requirements

• Must have an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with full scope polygraph and U.S. Citizenship.
• 2+ years of DevOps experience and 1+ to 5+ years relevant experience depending on level.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and core network services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
• Must be located onsite in Herndon, VA; relocation offered based on eligibility.

Nice to have

• Certifications in DevOps or IT.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or AHV virtualization platforms.
