What you will do

• Create formal test plans and reports, ensuring correct approvals.
• Coach and mentor test team members on the importance of testing.
• Organize and facilitate Test Readiness Reviews.
• Estimate user stories/features and tasks during Sprint Planning.
• Provide test coverage reports and automate test cases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 6+ years of relevant experience, with 3 years in automation testing.
• Experience with Selenium or QTP, and test management tools like ALM.
• Programming experience in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in Agile environments and knowledge of Agile principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in DevOps/Cloud Services and continuous integration frameworks.
• Technical background in the Aerospace industry.
