What you will do

• Design and develop custom finance systems and data pipelines from scratch.
• Integrate with existing internal and external systems including banking, accounting, trading, and HRIS.
• Automate finance workflows such as FP&A models, management accounts, payments, AI-powered invoice recognition, and reporting.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy tools that solve complex operational challenges.
• Collaborate with software engineers and finance team members to implement scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
• Own end-to-end delivery of technical finance products and lead continuous improvement of the internal finance stack.

Requirements

• STEM background (Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or similar).
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical role in a startup, fintech, or finance-driven business.
• Strong coding and data skills, comfortable designing systems, building APIs, and automating workflows.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, system integrations, and finance workflows.
• Comfortable designing from zero, iterating quickly, and delivering production-ready tools.
• High intellectual curiosity and exceptional problem-solving ability with a bias toward action.
• English: B2 required.
