Location: Hybrid in Poland (Katowice, Wrocław) with 3 days in office per week

What you will do

• Architect and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and scalable services
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation for deployments
• Deploy, monitor, and scale application services in AWS and Kubernetes environments
• Collaborate closely with software development teams and participate in strategic planning
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing
• Plan and document projects and workflows

Requirements

• Hybrid work format with mandatory office presence 3 days per week in Poland
• 4+ years experience in DevOps/SRE and Linux/Windows systems
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS cloud services, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Experience with CI systems like Jenkins or GitLab and automation scripting (Go, Python, Bash, Powershell)
• Understanding of microservice architecture and software development lifecycle
• Experience monitoring Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure (NewRelic, Prometheus)
