• Support VP of Gaming Verticals in financial and product objectives by developing analytics capabilities and decision science setups.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Reporting teams to enable self-service data usage and increase data literacy.
• Develop clear objectives, metrics frameworks, and decision rules to optimize marketing outcomes and budgets.
• Lead and develop a top talent analytics team, ensuring scalable and effective organization structure.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align analytics work with shared business objectives and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous feedback, and high performance within the analytics team.
