What you will do
- Manage and optimize enterprise SAP applications critical to business processes.
- Establish and maintain incident management processes to resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions.
- Oversee full lifecycle of applications including installation, monitoring, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to implement changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Guadalupe, Mexico
- English: Advanced level required
- Minimum 8 years of functional experience as an Application Administrator or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or related field.
- Experience with C# programming language.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
