What you will do

  • Interact extensively with users to identify needs and challenges and devise solutions.
  • Conduct UX and market research to gain insights and make informed decisions.
  • Identify and monitor product metrics for success and data-driven decisions.
  • Generate, prioritize, and test hypotheses to improve the product.
  • Define and implement product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap addressing short- and long-term goals.
  • Build and improve the product development process incrementally.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, technical writers, developer advocates, marketing, and product managers.
  • Cooperate with authors of third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Berlin, Limassol, Munich, Paphos, Prague, Warsaw, or Yerevan.
  • Technical education or software development experience.
  • At least five years of product management or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of product metrics.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and modern software development practices.
  • Comfortable working in a highly technical domain.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • English: Proficient in spoken and written communication.
