What you will do

• Maintain and standardize IT process documentation including SOPs, guides, and workflows
• Plan and coordinate process rollout across multiple sites
• Ensure documentation compliance with audit and policy standards
• Manage IT program timelines, risk registers, status reports, and milestone tracking
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure deliverable follow-through
• Coordinate between regional IT and global teams for project execution

Requirements

• Location: Chungho, Taiwan
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination, documentation, or process support
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Experience with documentation platforms such as SharePoint

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-site or regional projects
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or audit readiness
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience with project tracking tools like Gantt charts and RAID logs
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Foundation
