What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end workflow for marketing design projects.
• Define and document clear project scope, requirements, and timelines for designers.
• Prioritize incoming requests in partnership with Product and Development teams.
• Oversee website launches and updates, coordinating design, content, and development changes.
• Establish and refine processes and tools to improve efficiency within the marketing design workflow.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success leading website and digital products launch.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment with global teams.

Nice to have

• Background in tech, finance, or infrastructure-related industries is a plus.
• Italian or Spanish fluency is a bonus.
