Salary: $120,700–$174,800

What you will do

• Lead identification, evaluation, and documentation of complex computing system requirements
• Architect, design, build, and test delivery systems and components
• Provide technical leadership to assess product usability, affordability, functionality, security, and performance
• Support implementation and usage of complex delivery systems and maintain servers and environments
• Respond to break-fix requests and provide 24/7 on-call support
• Coordinate meetings and maintain documentation related to software configurations and testing

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Must be located in or able to work from specified US locations
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years experience with Windows Server and Desktop OS administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with networking, Active Directory, and end-user support
• Ability to work cross-functionally on IT project plans and schedules
• No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of storage, backup, database technologies, automation, scripting, VMware, and networking
• Familiarity with agile methodology
