What you will do
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the support team and client’s technical management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient queue management and SLA adherence.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L2 support engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement through ticket analysis and automation initiatives.
- Generate and present service performance reports, including KPIs and incident trends.
- Participate in major incident bridges and oversee patching and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Linux/Unix system administration or support.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team lead or technical coordinator role.
- Strong technical background in enterprise Linux/Unix operations.
- Proficient with RHEL and Ubuntu, with knowledge of AIX and Solaris.
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Engineer (RHCE) Certification.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow and TrueSight/PATROL monitoring tools.
