What you will do

• Lead the BDS Technology Release team within the Anti-Tamper Engineering Capability Center.
• Engage with government Tri-Service Committee and approval authorities to define and obtain export approvals.
• Support requirements understanding, implementation solutions, and verification for release and export.
• Advance design, development, and maintenance of hardware and software product security solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with external customers and subcontractors across multiple sites and disciplines.
• Travel to support customer coordination as required.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person with active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent.
• 14+ years of engineering experience in defense industry systems design or integration.
• Experience with government acquisition and military system policies.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain additional security clearances.

Nice to have

• Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience in anti-tamper or product security domains.
• Demonstrated prior technical leadership.
