Senior Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other ad networks.
• Generate user-centric concepts, translate audience insights into creative actions, and write briefs.
• Manage full-cycle creative production from ideation through final implementation.
• Analyze user acquisition results and creative performance to improve marketing metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Mentor less experienced teammates, share best practices, and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar role.
• Strong ideation and execution skills across Meta, TikTok, and Google advertising networks.
• Experience creating UGC and storytelling content and writing persuasive direct-response communications.
• Proven performance marketing background driven by insights and analytics, with a track record of achieving marketing KPIs.
• Strong project, time management, presentation, communication, and team development skills.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English level required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok algorithms, features, and trends.
• Experience using AI tools such as Midjourney and ChatGPT to create and iterate ads.
• Awareness of health and fitness trends, subscription applications, or the mobile advertising market.
• Passion for wellness and health technology.
