What you will do

• Design characters, creatures, and environments to align with the game's artistic direction.
• Collaborate with the Art Director(s) to define and implement the visual style of the game.
• Conduct research and suggest concept references under the guidance of the Art Director(s).
• Lead the Concept Art team by providing mentorship and constructive feedback to other artists.
• Work closely with leads and team members from various departments to ensure the conceptual vision transitions smoothly into the final gameplay.
• Oversee the talent management process and play a key role in the career development of team members.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of art and design fundamentals.
• A solid understanding of the game development process.
• Highly digitally literate and adapts quickly to new software and tools.
• Experience in a realistic art-style environment within game development.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with changing demands.

Nice to have

• Experience working with 3D software (Blender, Maya, Zbrush, 3D Coat).
• Worked on a shipped game project with a realistic art style.
