What you will do

Support SAP HCM business functions for S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
Collaborate with key users and business owners to develop business solutions.
Design systems, implement projects, conduct integrated testing, and deploy solutions.
Perform system configurations and custom developments.
Participate in projects to implement new SAP functions or upgrades.
Provide 1st and 2nd level user support focusing on your region.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience supporting SAP HCM.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and SAP configuration.
Experience testing several HCM modules.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
