What you will do

• Support development and implementation of a global IT communication strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Create and manage high-quality internal communication content across multiple channels
• Produce engaging materials such as videos, infographics, and presentations to simplify complex IT concepts
• Organize and facilitate hybrid dialog meetings and internal events to promote IT initiatives

Requirements

• Very good English language skills
• Master's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 years proven experience in internal communications, preferably in IT or technology environment
• Strong writing and editing skills to convey complex information clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Experience with social collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SAP Work Zone, SharePoint) and video/image editing software
