What you will do

• Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases based on requirements and design documents.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate IAM system functionality, performance, and security.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
• Configure and maintain test environments simulating real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and testing progress.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex IDM testing issues.
• Understanding of identity management concepts including user provisioning, RBAC, and password management.
• Experience with test strategies, functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Knowledge of IDM applications such as midPoint and agile tools like JIRA, Git, GitLab CI.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container technologies.
