What you will do

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of ~15 software development engineers.
• Drive user experience for CMX Callbox applications.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle for Web-based and SCPI front-end applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Application Engineers to define user journeys.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience leading software engineering teams.
• Proficiency in modern Web technologies (Angular, React) and back-end languages (C++, Python, Java).
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
