What you will do

  • Motivate and develop the international sales team through individual and group coaching sessions.
  • Coach sellers based on their experience and sales process challenges.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Collaborate with management to develop new coaching and training formats.
  • Work onsite at the Würzburg headquarters supporting a global sales team.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in in-house sales training and coaching.
  • Fluency in German and English with daily use of both languages.
  • Familiarity with various sales methods and sales development.
  • Experience in international sales and cross-cultural communication.
  • Outstanding presentation and moderation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a startup or international environment.
  • Ability to train at tradeshows and conferences worldwide.
