What you will do

• Analyze large flight data sets to measure and assess flight safety risk.
• Generate and communicate advanced analytical insights to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to scope projects, validate findings, and share results.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify contributing threats and errors for risk mitigation.
• Maintain strategic partnerships and SME awareness of hirify.global’s digital products.
• Support global customers with a flexible work schedule and occasional travel.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be based in or near Calgary, Canada.
• 5+ years aeronautical experience including aerospace engineering, flight operations, or piloting.
• 5+ years big-data analytical experience with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to support global customers with flexible scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with data mining and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with flight safety programs like FOQA or FDM.
• Piloting or engineering experience related to aircraft flight data.
