What you will do

• Design and develop RRM Conformance Framework for test system platform.
• Implement test cases and applications according to 3GPP specifications.
• Develop automation tools and maintain/debug software based on customer feedback.
• Review design and architecture, propose future-proof concepts.
• Coordinate with R&D teams in India, China, and Germany.
• Adapt designs to fast-changing requirements.

Requirements

• Engineering graduate in Electronics, Communication, or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of industrial experience in software development.
• Strong Python development skills and understanding of 5G protocols.
• Experience with software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and software lifecycle.
• Familiarity with version control (GIT), IBM RTC, JIRA, Jenkins, and build pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills to work with international R&D teams.
