• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and build operational data-driven solutions.
• Take responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Communicate findings, insights, and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment and mentor junior colleagues.
• Share your ideas and convince others to go new ways.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in data engineering positions and a consulting background.
• Hands-on experience in building end-to-end data solutions.
• Experience with software development best practices, including version control, CI/CD, monitoring, automation, and testing.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Airflow, Kafka, Containerization and Helm Charts.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure-as-a-Code as well as building secure cloud architecture.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Terraform, Python, and Spark.
• Fluent in English and German
