What you will do

• Partner with customers to understand their upskilling goals and recommend appropriate workshop topics.
• Create visually engaging materials and proposal decks to make AI concepts accessible and exciting.
• Lead live workshops and coaching sessions empowering creatives to integrate AI into workflows.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of hirify.global’s AI Academy curriculum and learning paths.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends to bring fresh insights into sessions.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in art direction, design, or motion in agency or creative environments.
• Strong familiarity with teaching, facilitation, or public speaking.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or Krea.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging online or in-person sessions.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and adapt session pace based on audience response.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing workshop logistics end-to-end.
• Fluency in English.
