• Lead and grow a team of Partner Solutions Architects in a high-growth environment.
• Develop comprehensive technical strategies to establish lakehouse architecture with partners.
• Drive partner practice growth by collaborating with sales, alliances, and technical teams.
• Build strong relationships across business units to ensure partner and customer success.
• Foster a collaborative culture aligned with company values.
• Accelerate customer success and platform consumption through partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• Location: Singapore
• 8+ years in senior pre-sales or post-sales roles in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS.
• Experience hiring and managing technical teams at hyper-growth speed.
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Database technologies, or Data Science.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a player/coach mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM required; MSc desirable.
